I’m Shelby Hopkins, a former National Fitness Coordinator for the Federal Air Marshal Service and more recently, a dedicated trainer of the Leesburg area. I craft customized workout programs and nutritional counseling with an eye to convenience, employing a software that allows us both to track progress right from your phone.

The end result is empowerment: looking and feeling your best with more energy, confidence, and overall health than you thought possible.
